Seeking a qualified candidate for an Owner's Representative Roofing Project Manager Position. The selected candidate will represent Orange County Public Schools to oversee the design and construction activities of several re-roofing projects on several occupied school campuses from inception through completion.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Four-year college education (Bachelor’s) in architecture, management, engineering, planning, or related field from an accredited institution
2. At least five (5) years of experience as the Owner's Representative, managing commercial-type roofing projects
3. Experience working with the procurement of project-related services in a public sector environment
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and industry-standard design and construction management software
5. Knowledge of different types of commercial roofing systems and experience in reroofing methodologies in an occupied facility environment
6. Skilled in the oversight of design professionals and the construction management of multiple roofing projects occurring concurrently
7. Skilled in negotiating consultant, design, and construction roofing contracts
8. Excellent written communication skills are a must
