Job summary

SFR3 is seeking a hands-on Owner’s Representative to supervise renovation projects nationwide from Cincinnati, ensuring top quality and adherence to budgets. You’ll train and coach renovation managers, walk homes daily, and uphold SFR3 standards to deliver hundreds of homes each year.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years in renovation or construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with new software.

Qualifications

• Ownership mindset and proactive approach to field leadership.
• Strong coaching and people-management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort with adopting new software/tools to manage workload.
• Extensive renovation/construction experience with trades knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise ongoing renovation work across multiple projects, ensuring SFR3 standards and timely delivery.
• Serve as gate-keeper for certification and signoff on each home in Renovation.
• Coach and motivate field teams, building pride and ownership in every project.
• Maintain organization and oversight to align crews, schedules and budgets.
• Estimate and scope projects with accuracy to meet production goals.
