SIXT is seeking a full-time Senior Project Manager – Design & Construction in Illinois. This role involves acting as the Owner's Representative, overseeing the planning, design, and construction of new facilities and renovations.

With over 10 years of experience in project management and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, you will ensure projects align with company standards and regulatory requirements. The position offers excellent benefits, including comprehensive health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in design and construction project management.
• Experience in an owner’s rep or client-side capacity.
• Ability to travel frequently to project sites across the U.S. and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Owner’s Representative throughout all phases of design and construction.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously including rental car facilities and maintenance shops.
• Ensure compliance with lease agreements, local building codes, and safety regulations.
