Michael Page in Florida is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead high-rise, mixed-use and commercial developments from preconstruction through closeout, acting as the owner's representative.

You will oversee consultants, contractors, budgets, schedules, and quality, demonstrating strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction, or related field.
• 10+ years of construction experience on large-scale commercial and/or high-rise projects.
• Experience with GC work and moving to owner/developer side.
• Knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of development and construction, from due diligence to occupancy and warranty.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and milestones to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead regular project meetings with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Review change orders, payment applications, and project reporting.
• Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion of critical milestones.
• Assist with permitting, entitlement, and regulatory approval processes.
