Job summary

Pachyderm Global is seeking an Owner's Representative based in Atlanta to guide mission-critical projects across the Southeast. You will represent the owner, stay close to the work, and keep the owner informed as projects move through construction.

In this on-site role, you will track the GC against schedule, budget, and quality targets, review MEP scopes, and flag costly decisions before they are locked in, ensuring that the owner’s position remains strong throughout execution.

• Experience as owner's representative on data centers or similar critical facilities.
• Field-based experience, not just planning.
• Ability to make decisions to keep work moving.

The role

What you will do

Based in Atlanta, you will represent the owner on mission-critical projects across the Southeast. You will track the GC against schedule, budget, and quality targets; review MEP and OFCI scopes; and flag costly decisions before they are locked in.

This is an on-site role with a direct line to the owner. You will stay close to the work and keep the owner informed as projects move.
