Job summary

FST Technical Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Owner's Project Manager (OPM) / Owner's Representative to support an advanced manufacturing facility in Wilton, CT.

The role spans planning, design, preconstruction, construction, and closeout, protecting the owner's scope, budget, schedule, and quality. The successful candidate will coordinate architects, engineers, design consultants, and construction teams, bridging design development and construction execution to deliver a high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or project management or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience managing large industrial or capital projects.
• Experience as an Owner's Representative/OPM or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of architectural/design processes and construction execution.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Represent the owner throughout all project phases, coordinating architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Review drawings for constructability, quality, and owner requirements; coordinate milestones.
• Oversee construction activities from groundbreaking through occupancy and closeout.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and procurement; review change orders and RFIs.
• Lead owner meetings and provide executive-level reporting.
