Job summary

Alfa Freight is seeking serious owner-operators to join as independent contractors. You can work under our authority or yours, with new MCs welcome and ongoing support. A sign-on and bonuses tied to safety are highlighted, along with a fuel card program and on-site orientation.

Weekly gross ranges from $6,000 to $8,000 for solo runs, with bi-weekly home time and 24/7 safety & ELD support. Expect 48-state OTR freight with mostly no-touch loads and competitive rates.

Qualifications

• Have a 24' or 26' box truck.
• Truck no older than 2015.
• No SAP / no more than 1 moving violation in the past 2 years.
• Six months of verifiable OTR experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an independent contractor under Alfa Freight authority or your own MC.
• Engage in OTR freight across 48 states with no forced dispatch.
