Alfa Freight is seeking serious owner-operators to join as independent contractors and grow with the team. You can work under our authority or your own, with new MCs welcome, and a straightforward two-day hiring process with on-site orientation.

Our Offer includes weekly gross earnings of $6,000–$8,000 (solo), no factoring fees, no forced dispatch, and OTR loads across 48 states, plus a fuel card program and safety support. Bi-weekly home time and mostly no-touch freight.

• Six months of verifiable OTR experience.
