The Specialized fleet has low turnover and best-in-class support. Top earners gross $8,000 to $10,000 per week, with a $2.29 CPM; all miles paid, tolls covered, and a $6k sign-on bonus to the truck.

Qualifications

• CDL A required with 6 months OTR or regional experience.
• Team operation as Owner Operator with cross-state trips.
• Comfort with loading/unloading freight and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Haul specialty freight across the continental US.
• Driver assist with loading and unloading freight as needed.
• Manage home time, loads, and schedule to maximize earnings.
