The Specialized fleet offers low turnover and best-in-class support, with ALL MILES PAID, $2.29 CPM, a $6k sign-on bonus, and fuel discounts. Optional health insurance is available; top earners gross $8k–$10k per week.

Qualifications

• CDL A license required.
• Minimum 6 months OTR or regional experience.
• Ability to load/unload freight as a team owner-operator.

Responsibilities

• Haul specialty freight across the country as a team owner-operator.
• Load and unload freight; participate in pre/post trip duties.
• Manage home time, loads, and schedules as you run your truck.
• Operate across the lower 48 states; maintain safety and compliance.
