Qualifications

• Own Sprinter or Cargo Van; vehicle ownership is required.
• US citizen, resident, green card or work authorization.
• Applicants must be 21 years or older.
• Basic English reading/writing is required; Russian speakers are also hired.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate a Sprinter or cargo van to haul loads.
• Negotiate rates with dispatchers within the independant contractor framework.
• Ensure loads are accepted and delivered under Victoria Logistics Carrier terms.
• Coordinate with dispatchers who have 4+ years of broker contacts.
