Job summary

Empire National Inc. in Fletcher, NC is seeking owner-operators with a Sprinter Van or small straight truck to join our interstate freight network. Rates are negotiable and depend on load, customer, and location, with weekly payments via ACH and flexible schedules.

You’ll operate with local, regional, or OTR loads and benefit from 100% payout of agreed rate and comprehensive operational support. Equipment must be well-maintained and compliant with USDOT/MC requirements.

Qualifications

• Must own Sprinter Van or small straight truck.
• GVWR < 10,000 lbs.
• Model year 2015 or newer.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Commercial insurance with $1,000,000 Auto Liability and $100,000 Motor Cargo coverage (deductible $1,000).
• Passport and Green Card (must be able to operate in Canada).
• Active USDOT or MC authority not required.
