Job summary

Empire National Inc., based in Fletcher, NC, is seeking owner-operators to join our fully staffed office. You must own a Cargo/Sprinter Van or Small Straight Truck under 10,000 lbs gross weight, have a valid U.S. driver’s license, and hold commercial auto insurance.

Passport and Green Card (Canada availability) are required; we are not accepting operators with active USDOT or MC numbers. We offer flexible rates negotiated by load, location and customer, weekly pay via ACH, no forced dispatch,

Qualifications

• Must own a Cargo/Sprinter Van or Small Straight Truck under 10,000 lbs gross weight.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license is required.
• Commercial auto insurance: $1,000,000 Auto Liability, $100,000 Motor Cargo, $1,000 deductible.
• Passport and Green Card (Canada availability required).
• We are not accepting operators with active USDOT or authorized MC numbers.

Responsibilities

• Be an owner-operator with loads negotiated by Empire National.
• Choose local, regional, or OTR loads.
• Enjoy flexible rates and no forced dispatch.
• Weekly paychecks via ACH and 24/7 support.
