Qualifications

• Own a Sprinter or Cargo Van and have independent contractor status.
• US citizen, resident, green card or work authorization.
• Be at least 21 years old and able to drive.
• Speak, understand, and read basic English; Russian speakers are welcome.
• Not hired as company drivers; submit as an owner-operator under an independent contractor agreement.

Responsibilities

• Accept and execute loads as an owner-operator for Victoria Logistics Carrier.
• Negotiate rates with dispatchers and secure favorable terms.
• Maintain compliance with vehicle requirements and safety standards.
• Work with dispatchers to receive loads and ensure timely deliveries.
