VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER is seeking Sprinters / Cargo Van owner-operators in the United States. Join our independent contractor network and tap into a large volume of loads with experienced dispatchers.

We offer competitive per-mile rates ($0.85-$1.55 depending on miles and area), quick pay within 3-5 business days, and flexible working days (Mon-Fri). You own the vehicle and operate as an owner-operator under contract.

Qualifications

• Own a Sprinter or Cargo Van and be eligible to sign an independent contractor agreement.
• Be a US citizen, permanent resident, green card or have work authorization.
• Driver and vehicle aged 21+; basic English reading/writing.
• All drivers must be approved and registered with Victoria Logistics Carrier.
• The company does not hire company drivers; you sign as owner-operator.

Responsibilities

• Operate as owner-operator under an independent contractor agreement.
• Accept loads offered by dispatchers and manage routing.
• Maintain vehicle compliance, safety, and load securement.
