Job summary

Victoria Logistics Carrier seeks Sprinters / Cargo Van owner-operators for independent contractor work. Own vehicle required; drivers must be 21+, US citizen/resident or valid work authorization, and able to read/speak basic English.

We offer a large number of loads and quick pay, with rates negotiable through dispatchers. All drivers must be approved and registered to accept loads from Victoria Logistics Carrier; vehicles should meet minimum safety and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• You should have your own vehicle (Sprinter / Cargo Van).
• Be a US citizen, resident, green card or work authorization holder.
• You and your drivers should be at least 21 years of age.
• You and your drivers should speak, understand, and read basic English; Russian speakers are also hired.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an independent contractor under agreement with Victoria Logistics Carrier.
• Respond to loads offered by dispatchers and negotiate rates.
• Maintain compliance with vehicle requirements and safety standards.
• Ensure timely delivery of loads within designated days (Mon–Fri).
