VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER is hiring Sprinters/Cargo Van owner-operators in the United States. We offer independent contractor agreements with very competitive rates and the ability to negotiate with dispatchers. A large number of loads and experienced brokers help maximize earnings.

We provide loads tailored to your preferences, with payments in 3–5 business days. Most activity runs Monday through Friday. You must own a Sprinter or Cargo Van and meet basic eligibility requirements to join our

Qualifications

• You should have your own vehicle (Sprinter / Cargo Van).
• Be a US citizen, resident, green card or work authorization holder.
• You and your drivers should be at least 21 years of age.
• You and your drivers should speak, understand, and read basic English. We also hire Russian speakers.
• All drivers should be approved, accepted, and registered with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER to accept a load from the company.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an owner-operator under an independent contractor agreement.
• Negotiate the rate with dispatchers based on loads.
• Work with a large number of loads and experienced dispatchers.
