Job summary

Victoria Logistics Carrier LLC is hiring Sprinters / Cargo Van owner-operators under an independent contract. We offer a large volume of loads with experienced dispatchers and competitive per-mile rates. You can negotiate rates with dispatchers; payments are issued in 3–5 business days with quick pay of 3%.

Applicants must own a Sprinter or Cargo Van, be 21+, and able to work under an independent contractor agreement. English is required; Russian speakers are also hired.

Qualifications

• Own a Sprinter/Cargo Van and operate as an independent contractor.
• U.S. citizen, resident, green card or work authorization.
• Minimum age 21.
• Speak, understand, and read basic English; Russian speakers also hired.
• Vehicle must be approved by Victoria Logistics Carrier and meet safety requirements.
• Driver must have at least 6 months driving experience.
• Minimum average monthly earnings target starts at $8,000 (subject to vehicle, workload, and applicable certifications).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loads offered by our dispatchers and select those that fit your preferences.
• Negotiate rates and terms with dispatchers within our network.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and load requirements.
• Ensure vehicle meets company vehicle requirements and proper documentation is kept.
