• No company-driver hires; owner-operator under written IC agreement

Responsibilities

• Accept and load loads from our dispatchers
• Negotiate and secure favorable per-mile rates with us
• Maintain vehicle compliance and insurance on file
• Deliver loads under independent contractor arrangement
