Qualifications

• Own Sprinter or Cargo Van and operate as independent contractor.
• US citizen, resident, green card or work authorization.
• 21 years or older to drive.
• Basic English reading/understanding; Russian speakers welcome.
• All drivers must be approved and registered with Victoria Logistics Carrier to accept loads.
• Company hires owner-operators, not company drivers.

Responsibilities

• Operate as owner-operator under an independent contractor agreement.
• Accept and haul loads from Victoria Logistics Carrier as dispatched.
• Maintain vehicle compliance with company requirements and safety standards.
