Job summary

VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER seeks Sprinter/Cargo Van owner-operators under an independent contractor agreement to haul loads across the US. Competitive per-mile rates and flexible dispatch; rates negotiable with dispatchers.

We provide a large number of loads, experienced dispatchers, and 3–5 business day payment terms with quick pay at 3%. Vehicle requirements and basic English proficiency apply. You must be at least 21 and own a suitable vehicle.

Qualifications

• You should have your own vehicle (Sprinter / Cargo Van).
• Be a US citizen, resident, green card or work authorization holder.
• You and your drivers should be at least 21 years of age.
• You and your drivers should speak basic English; Russian speakers are hired.
• All drivers should be approved and registered with Victoria Logistics Carrier.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an owner-operator under an independent contractor agreement.
• Review and accept loads offered by dispatchers and negotiate rates.
• Maintain vehicle compliance and ensure timely deliveries.
