Job summary

VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER is hiring Sprinters / Cargo Van owner-operators under an independent contractor agreement. We offer competitive rates and a broad dispatch network with experienced brokers. Minimum requirements include owning a Sprinter or Cargo Van and being 21+ with basic English proficiency.

Applicants must be approved and registered with the company to accept loads; vehicles should meet the safety and PPE standards specified. Long miles in favorable areas are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Own a Sprinter or Cargo Van (≤2016)
• Be a US citizen, resident, green card or work authorization holder
• 21+ years old; speak/read basic English (Russian speakers welcome)
• All drivers must be approved and registered with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER for loads

Responsibilities

• Operate as owner-operator under written independent contractor agreement
• Haul loads for the company’s dispatch network
• Coordinate with dispatchers to receive loads and plan routes
• Maintain vehicle compliance, safety equipment and insurance documentation
