VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER is seeking Sprinters / Cargo Van owner-operators to join our network as independent contractors. We offer competitive rates and flexible load selection, with dispatchers who have 4+ years of experience and broker contacts.

You will operate under an independent contractor agreement, choosing loads that fit your preferences. Pay is structured per mile with typical ranges and a quick pay option; weekly or 3-5 business days payment terms apply depending on load.

Qualifications

• You should have your own vehicle (Sprinter / Cargo Van).
• Be a US citizen, resident, green card or work authorization holder.
• You and your drivers should be at least 21 years of age.
• You and your drivers should speak, understand, and read basic English. We also hire Russian speakers.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an owner-operator under an independent contractor agreement.
• Accept loads offered by our dispatchers who have 4+ years of broker experience.
• Negotiate rates with dispatchers and select loads that fit your preferences.
