You must own a Sprinter or Cargo Van, be 21+, legally able to work in the US, and communicate in English. Company drivers are not hired; this is an independent contractor opportunity.

Qualifications

• Own a Sprinter or Cargo Van.
• Must be a US citizen, resident, green card or work authorization.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Speak/read/basic English (Russian speakers welcomed).
• Must be approved and registered with Victoria Logistics Carrier for loads.

Responsibilities

• Accept and execute loads as an owner-operator.
• Negotiate rates with dispatchers when possible.
• Operate under an independent contractor agreement.
• Meet vehicle and safety requirements and maintain insurances as requested.
