Job summary

VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER is hiring Sprinters / Cargo Van owner-operators under an independent contract agreement. We offer competitive per-mile rates and broker contacts through dispatchers with 4+ years of experience.

Loads are plentiful with quick pay options: 3-5 business days, 3% quick pay. Vehicle requirements include Sprinter up to 2016, minimum 4 straps and PPE. Candidates must be 21+, speak basic English, and be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• You should have your own vehicle (Sprinter / Cargo Van).
• Be: a US citizen, resident, green card or work authorization holder.
• You and your drivers should speak, understand, and read basic English. We also hire Russian speakers.
• All drivers should be approved, accepted, and registered with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER to accept a load from the company.

Responsibilities

• Operate as owner-operator under an independent contractor agreement.
• Maintain your Sprinter/Cargo Van and meet vehicle requirements.
• Coordinate loads with dispatchers and ensure timely payments.
• Comply with company rules and load acceptance procedures.
