Job summary

Amanwithaplanservices seeks Class A CDL drivers for nationwide OTR reefer runs. 3 months of 53' tractor-trailer experience in 6 months (or 6 months in a year) required. Options include Independent Contractor/Owner Operator or Lease Purchase, with 70% linehaul and 100% fuel surcharges paid.

No touch freight, weekly gross up to $2,500–$6,000, and weekly payments on a lease plan. Walk-in condos and APUs mentioned, with home time 5 days each month.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 months 53' Tractor Trailer OTR experience in last 6 months or 6 months in last year.
• No counting school, Straight Truck, Garbage Truck, Dump Truck experience.
• Sap (sic) Drivers must be on or past Step 6; lane experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate refrigerated 53' tractor trailers OTR across all 48 states.
• Maintain compliance, logs, and safety standards while hauling general commodities and protein.
• Navigate fuel surcharges and optimize revenue under a percentage-based pay structure.
• Coordinate with owner-operators or company drivers on lease/purchase options.
