Job summary

Amanwithaplanservices is seeking CDL ACDL drivers for a nationwide fleet. The role includes long-haul OTR reefer assignments, with options for Owner Operator, Company Driver, Independent Contractor, or Lease Purchase. Truck must be 10 years or newer and all paperwork must be current.

70% linehaul revenue and 100% fuel surcharges are highlighted advantages. Expect 2,300–2,500+ miles weekly with home time 5 days per month and opportunities across all 48 states.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months OTR tractor-trailer experience in last year or 6 months exp in last year.
• Not counting school, straight truck, garbage truck, dump truck experience.

Responsibilities

• 70% of linehaul revenue: percentage-based pay structure.
• Receive 100% of fuel surcharges paid for shipments hauled.
• No forced dispatch: you decide what's best for your business.
• Paid base plates & permits.
• O/O truck must be 10 years or newer with all paperwork or lease purchase.
• All 48 states covered.
