Job summary

Major Carrier Nationwide Fleet is seeking CDL A truck drivers for long-haul OTR routes with refrigeration capability. Compensation includes a percentage-based linehaul model and 100% of fuel surcharges, with no forced dispatch and base plates paid.

Regions cover all 48 states with a mix of company driver and owner-operator options. Candidates must have at least 3 months of 53' tractor-trailer OTR experience within the last 6–12 months, and must be comfortable with long periods away from home.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 months 53' Tractor Trailer OTR experience in last 6 months or 6 months exp in the last year.
• Not counting school, Straight Truck, Garbage Truck, Dump Truck experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive 53' tractor trailers across OTR routes.
• Operate refrigerated trailers hauling general commodities (beef, chicken, pork, beer).
• Maintain logs and ensure compliance with shipping and safety regulations.
