Qualifications

• Must have 3 months 53' Tractor Trailer OTR experience in last 6 months or 6 months exp in the last year.
• Sap Drivers must be on or past Step 6 (No Exceptions)
• Not counting school, Straight Truck, Garbage Truck, Dump Truck experience

Responsibilities

• Haul Refrigerated trailers (Boxed beef, chicken, pork, beer) across 48 states.
• Operate long-haul OTR Reefer lanes on a weekly pay schedule.
• Maintain 70% of linehaul revenue with a pay-structure based on percentage.
• Receive 100% of fuel surcharges paid for shipments hauled.
• No forced dispatch; choose runs best for your business.
