Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking an OTR Class A Dry Van Owner Operator to join our safety-focused team in La Porte, TX. This route travels from La Porte, TX across the Eastern US, averaging 2,500–2,800 miles per week and a market rate of $200k–$250k annually.

The role offers weekly home time and compensation that accounts for all on-duty time via hourly demurrage rates, non-asset hourly rates, or mileage pay. Must hold Class A CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements and have 12+ months of experience.

Qualifications

• OTR owner-operator with valid Class A CDL.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required or in process.
• Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience.

Job description

Clean Harbors is looking for a OTR Class A Dry Van Owner Operator to join their safety conscious team in La Porte, TX! This route runs from La Porte, TX throughout the Eastern US and averages 2500-2800 miles per week.

About the role:

• Average $200-250K per year

• Weekly home time

• Compensation package includes all on-duty time paid via hourly demurrage rates, non-asset hourly rates, and/or mileage pay

• Maintains daily logs, invoicing, time sheets, dispatch and trip reports as well as vehicle inspection reports

• Class A CDL

• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements

• Minium 12 months of Class A driving experience

• Ability to effectively use required technology such as mobile applications and computer software
