Job summary

Tennessee Steel Haulers Inc. is seeking owner operators for a flatbed driving role where you control your freight, schedule, and earnings. You’ll book loads you want, avoid forced dispatch, and enjoy strong weekly home time in many areas.

Earners can net up to $3,000 weekly and typically see gross earnings of $5,000-$7,000 weekly, with 75% of linehaul plus surcharges, tarping, stop, and detention pay. Fast pay, sign-on bonus, and dedicated driver support add to the package.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL A license required.
• 1 year or more OTR driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Lease Purchase: 6 months or more Flatbed driving experience required.
• Owner Operators: 6 months or more Flatbed driving experience preferred.
• Drivers in the SAP program within the last 5 years are not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Book loads you want and manage freight to maximize earnings.
• Maintain safe operation of flatbed equipment and comply with regulations.
• Coordinate with driver support and recruitment teams as needed.
