Tennessee Steel Haulers Inc. is built by owner-operators for owner-operators. You control your freight, your schedule, and your earnings with no forced dispatch and quality customer freight.

Owner-operators can earn 75% of linehaul plus 100% fuel surcharge, tarping, stop and detention pay. Weekly home time in most areas, fast pay with same-day settlements, a $5,000 sign-on bonus for a limited time, and dedicated driver support.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more OTR driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Lease Purchase: 6 months or more Flatbed driving experience required.
• Owner Operators: 6 months or more Flatbed driving experience preferred.
• Drivers in the SAP program within the last 5 years are not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Book the freight that works for you without forced dispatch.
• Earn 75% of linehaul plus 100% fuel surcharge, tarping, stop and detention pay.
• Choose from a variety of flatbed freight lanes and run the loads that make sense for you.
• Enjoy weekly home time in most areas and fast pay with settlements on delivered loads.
