This role offers strong weekly home time and top earnings: owner operators net up to $3,000 weekly, with gross earnings of $5,000–$7,000 weekly depending on freight and lanes. You'll earn 75% of linehaul plus surcharges and other pay. Fast pay, a $5,000 sign-on bonus (limited time), fuel discounts, and dedicated driver support

Qualifications

• Valid CDL A license.
• 1 year (OTR) driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Lease Purchase: 6 months or more Flatbed driving experience required.
• Owner Operators: 6 months or more Flatbed driving experience preferred.
• Drivers in the SAP program within the last 5 years are not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Book the loads you want; no forced dispatch.
• Operate a flatbed fleet and manage freight lanes.
• Earn by percentage pay plus surcharges and load-related pay.
• Maintain weekly home time and balance earnings.
• Collaborate with a dedicated driver support specialist.
