Qualifications

• 1 year or more OTR driving experience in the past 3 years.
• Lease Purchase: 6 months or more flatbed driving experience required.
• Owner Operators: 6 months+ flatbed experience preferred.
• Drivers in the SAP program within the last 5 years are not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Book quality customer freight and avoid forced dispatch.
• Earn by running flatbed lanes with flexible loads.
• Maintain home time with weekly time at home in most areas.
• Utilize fast pay, detours, surcharges, and bonuses per policy.
