How to Get Hired

Qualifications:

1. Required: Valid Class A CDL
2. Required: 21 years or older
3. Required: 4+ months driving experience
4. Required: Safe driving record
5. Required: Equipment newer than 7 years
6. Required: No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years
7. Preferred: 1 year truck driving experience (not mandatory)
8. Required: Background check, clean drug test, and clear Clearinghouse
9. Required: Ability to lift 90 pounds onto a 5-foot platform (flatbed drivers tarp about 70% of loads; testing during orientation)

Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered in accordance with applicable fair chance laws.
