How to Get Hired

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 21 years of age
• At least 4 months of driving experience
• Safe driving record
• Equipment newer than 7 years
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• Preferred: 1 year truck driving experience (not mandatory)
• Background check required
• Clean drug test required
• Clean Clearinghouse result required
• Ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot platform twice (flatbed drivers only; testing during orientation)

Equipment

• Accepts both tractor-only and tractor/trailer units
