Job summary

NOW Courier is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Independent Contractor to service a dedicated distribution route within our South Bend, IN operation. A Large SUV or Minivan is required, with a 2013 model year or newer, and you will work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

You will be responsible for delivering on time, planning efficient routes, and providing exceptional customer service while handling daily stops across South Bend, Lakeville, LaPaz, Bremen and nearby towns.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Own a suitable vehicle and pass multi point inspection.
• Possess a smartphone with driver app.
• Have valid driver's license and $300,000+ liability insurance.
• Must pass comprehensive pre-employment screening (driving history 36 months, background check, drug screening).

Responsibilities

• Deliver cargo to customers on time and maintain reliability.
• Plan and follow efficient routes using GPS/mapping software.
• Provide professional, empathetic customer service on every delivery.
• Adapt to changing routes or address changes and resolve issues on the road.
