Job summary

Forward Air Corporation is seeking Owner Operators to partner as business owners, delivering steady freight across Forward’s closed terminal network. Earn up to $250,000 gross per year with a base of $1.31 per loaded mile and $1.18 per empty mile plus FSC, averaging $4,100–$5,200 gross weekly.

Typically 2–3 weeks out, routes are 99% no-touch, with support from a dedicated Driver Support Team and a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid within the first year.

Qualifications

• 12+ months verifiable driving experience.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Must be 23 years of age.
• Equipment must be newer than 10 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer across nationwide routes.
• Maintain compliant logs and vehicle records.
• Partner with Forward’s Driver Support Team.
