Job summary

Forward Air is seeking Owner Operators who are more than drivers — they’re business partners. Operating through Forward’s closed terminal network, you’ll access steady freight, strong pay, and support designed to help your business grow beyond just moving loads.

Solo Operators earn up to $250k gross per year with pay of $1.31 loaded mile and $1.18 empty mile plus FSC, averaging $4,100–$5,200 gross per week, plus additional compensation. A $5,000 sign-on bonus applies within your first year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• 12+ months verifiable driving experience.
• Must be 23 years of age or older.
• Equipment must be newer than 10 years old.
