Alfa Freight seeks serious owner-operators to join as independent contractors and grow together as a team. You can operate under our authority or yours, with new MC's welcome and an emphasis on consistent freight across 48 states.

Offers include weekly gross earnings of $6,000–$8,000 (solo), no factoring fees, no forced dispatch, and on-site orientation during a quick two-day hiring process. Driving jobs feature 24/7 safety & ELD support and frequent home time.

Qualifications

• 24' or 26' box truck required.
• Truck no older than 2015.
• No SAP / No more than 1 moving violation in the past 2 years.
• Six months of verifiable OTR experience.
