Alfa Freight is seeking serious owner-operators to join as independent contractors and grow the team. Work under our authority or yours, with New MCs welcome, and a structured onboarding on-site.

Offers weekly gross earnings of $6,000–$8,000 (solo) with no factoring fees, no forced dispatch, and 48-state OTR freight. Enjoy 24/7 safety & ELD support, bi-weekly home time, and a straightforward two-day hiring/orientation process on-site.

Qualifications

• Six months of verifiable OTR experience
• Truck is 24' or 26' box
• Truck no older than 2015
• No SAP / no more than 1 moving violation in the past 2 years
