Job summary

Amanwithaplanservices is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for long-haul OTR refrigerated runs across all 48 states. Expect a 70% linehaul revenue split, with you keeping fuel surcharges and no forced dispatch. Lease options available; trucks must be 2002-2024 Kentworth T680 with appropriate paperwork.

Hours vary; drivers may be out 3–4 weeks with 5 days at home monthly. Projects include boxed beef, chicken, pork and beer hauling. Walk-in condos and modern amenities are noted on site.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 months 53' Tractor Trailer OTR experience in last 6 months or 6 months in last year.
• Experience on or past Step 6 for Sap Drivers (no exceptions).
• Refrigerated (Reefer) hauling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Haul refrigerated trailers across 48 states as an independent contractor or company driver.
• Operate Kenworth T680 or similar equipment with 10+ year lease options.
• Maintain safety and compliance while maximizing earnings per mile.
