Job summary

Amanwithaplanservices is seeking Class A CDL drivers for nationwide OTR work with refrigerated trailers across all 48 states. The role offers owner-operator, lease purchase, and company driver paths, with a strong emphasis on 70% linehaul revenue and fuel surcharge recovery.

Candidates must have recent OTR experience on 53' trailers and be able to run day or night. Lease options include Kenworth T680 units with weekly payments and purchase options.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 months 53' Tractor Trailer OTR experience in last 6 months or 6 months exp in the last year
• Experience with 70% linehaul revenue sharing and no forced dispatch
• Ability to operate 10 years or newer Kenworth T680 and related equipment
• Must be able to drive day or night and be away from home with 5 days home each month

Responsibilities

• Drive OTR long haul reefer freight across all 48 states
• Operate Refrigerated trailer hauling general commodities such as boxed beef, chicken, pork and beer
• Maintain logs and safety requirements while maximizing earnings under the revenue sharing plan
