Job summary

EM Way offers various contract options to best serve each OO’s needs. Solo or team OOs can operate with self-dispatch or with our trained staff handling dispatch. Earnings are based on gross percentages (80–98%) and weekly direct deposit, with fuel discount savings and robust support systems in place.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL A and sleeper truck or be willing to rent one through us.
• Must own a trailer or be willing to rent a trailer (van, flatbed or step-deck).
• Must be able to purchase IRP tags.
• Minimum 2 years verifiable experience for the lanes you want to run.
• No local freight, no SAP drivers.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an owner-operator with self-dispatch or staff-assisted dispatch.
• Haul Freight of various types (van, flatbed, reefer, or step-deck) and manage routes.
• Maintain reliability and safety standards while on the road.
