Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5-10+ years of IT/product management/enterprise delivery experience.
  • 3+ years hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales/Service Cloud).

Responsibilities

  • Define and own Salesforce product roadmap aligned with IT strategy and business priorities.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements into features and user stories.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and releases with Dev and support teams.
  • Ensure Salesforce solutions align with enterprise architecture, including ERP and data platforms.
  • Drive standardization and data quality across Salesforce and related systems.
  • Own backlog management, sprint planning input, and release prioritization.

  • Define and own the Salesforce product roadmap, aligning with enterprise IT strategy and business priorities

Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience working in complex enterprise environments with integrations to ERP systems (LNCE, D365, SAP, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of product management disciplines (road mapping, backlog management, Agile delivery)
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
  • Knowledge of data governance, security models, and system integrations (APIs, middleware)
  • Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Product Owner‑related certifications)
  • Experience working with third‑party implementation partners and vendors
