This role allows the founding surgeon to establish their practice with operational support, without the financial burden of starting solo. The position offers a guaranteed base salary of $500,000+, along with numerous incentives, mentorship, a skilled support team, and the autonomy to shape the practice. Qualifications

• Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Eligible for licensure in New Jersey.
• Ideally, 1-5 years of experience and ready for greater ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead your own oral surgery practice with support from a surgeon-led platform.
• Define clinical standards and build a referral network.
• Set the tone and culture of the practice.
