Lanzi Burke Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons in Southern New Jersey is seeking a full-time Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a well-established private practice with four work days per week and an early path to partnership. This role emphasizes clinical autonomy and mentorship within a high-volume surgical setting.

Ideal candidates are board-certified or board-eligible in OMS with NJ licensure eligibility, aiming to build a long-term career in a surgeon-led practice that values patient care

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and eligible for licensure in New Jersey.
• Candidate is clinically thoughtful, ethical, personable and patient-centered.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery.
• Maintain high-volume referral base and case flow.
• Collaborate with experienced team and pursue partnership discussions after initial period.
