Job summary

The N2 Company is seeking an Area Director to launch, grow, and lead a Stroll publication in your local market. You will build relationships with local business owners, feature residents, and grow a recurring revenue stream, following a clear launch plan while operating from a home office in a hybrid setup.

You’ll meet goals by building partnerships, capturing authentic stories, and managing your territory with N2’s proven tools and ongoing national support.

Qualifications

• You are a proactive, self-driven relationship-builder with a consultative sales approach.
• You follow proven plans and adapt them to your market while maintaining autonomy.
• You are coachable, hungry to learn, and capable of managing a local publication.

Responsibilities

• Meet local business owners to build long-term advertising partnerships.
• Help local businesses reach homeowners in the neighborhoods you serve.
• Connect with residents to capture authentic stories reflecting community heart.
• Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations using N2's tools.
• Partner with N2's national team for design, production, training and support.
• Lead your publication's growth as the face of Stroll in your market.
