Job summary

Griffin Agency in Addison, TX is expanding its life and health insurance sales and agency development teams. We seek team players with an entrepreneurial spirit who want to build their own business using our lead-generation and training systems.

As part of a family-run independent agency, you will have the opportunity to lead client relationships, develop your team, and participate in a leadership development program. Roles available both full-time and part-time.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must be a self-starter, motivated, and driven to succeed.
• Prior leadership or management experience preferred.
• Life and Health Insurance License is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build your own business and agency with our systems.
• Lead and develop a team within a growing agency.
