GoldBook Financial is a premier financial services firm that helps clients protect what matters most while pursuing long-term goals. As a Financial Advisor, you will build and manage your own practice backed by MassMutual resources, training, mentorship, technology, and marketing support.

You will work with individuals, families, and business owners to develop strategies across wealth management, retirement planning, life insurance, income protection, and estate planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of successful experience in financial advisory or wealth management services.
• Active Life, Accident & Health insurance licenses.
• Active FINRA registrations, including Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65), preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting production goals and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial strategies based on clients' goals, risk tolerance, financial circumstances, and time horizons.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with individuals, families, and business owners while growing your book of business through networking, referrals, professional connections, and other business-development strategies.
• Conduct ongoing client reviews and proactively adjust strategies as clients' financial needs and life circumstances evolve.
• Collaborate with experienced advisors and internal specialists to provide clients with a truly holistic financial planning experience.
• Leverage technology, marketing support, and training to strengthen and grow your practice.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and regulatory compliance while continually strengthening your financial expertise, business-development skills, and client-service capabilities.
